Individual Therapy
During individual therapy sessions, we will work together to address your specific concerns and goals. I will provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can freely express yourself and explore your thoughts and emotions. We will collaborate to identify the underlying factors contributing to your challenges and develop strategies to overcome them. I will help you gain insight into patterns of thinking and behavior that may be holding you back and support you in making positive changes. I may utilize various therapeutic approaches based on your needs and preferences. These may include cognitive-behavioral techniques to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, mindfulness exercises to increase self-awareness and reduce stress, and solution-focused techniques to help you set and achieve goals.
Throughout the therapy process, I will encourage you to actively participate in your own healing and growth. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance and support as you navigate your journey. Individual therapy sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes, although the duration can be adjusted based on your needs and preferences. The frequency of sessions will also be determined collaboratively, with the goal of providing consistent support while also allowing you time to process and integrate what you learn in therapy. I am committed to creating a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you develop the skills and insights necessary to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
