I incorporate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and relationship issues.
